How do we check in for our session?
Arrive 15 minutes before your session and we will greet you at your car with further instructions. Please note: We're on a tight schedule and your 20 minute session begins promptly at your reserved time.
What should we wear?
We suggest pajamas, gowns, or Christmas attire. Please be aware that Santa's cabin is set up in a barn with limited heating. Please dress warmly in case of a particularly cold day. There are no bathroom facilities available in the barn.

What can I do if my child is afraid of Santa?
If you are worried that your child might be scared, please let us know when making a reservation. We will work to help your child ease into a conversation with Santa. Please tell us if there are any other situations that we should be aware of that would make us better equipped to create a wonderful experience for your child.

Can we take our own pictures or video?
We're sorry, we do not allow any still or motion photography during your session. We request that cell phones be kept stowed in your pocket or purse. Please instruct any guest that may attend with you to please refrain from taking photos during the session.
When do we see our images?
You will be invited to an online gallery that will feature all of the images. You will select the number of images to be edited based on what package you purchased. After you make your selections your images will be edited and sent to you digitally.
How long does it take to get my order?
After purchasing and making your final selections your images should be sent to you within 3 business days. (Video production time is longer and can take up to 5 business days).
What if we need to cancel?
We understand things happen and we will do our best to work with your schedule. Your session fee is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your session.
